This Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for artworks purchased through Sworh Arts.
Original artworks may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Custom commissions and personalized works are non-refundable.
To request a return, please contact us first at adm@sworharts.com. We will provide return instructions.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns.
Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork so we can resolve the issue.
